Changes

Sometimes things aren't as you wish them to be. When you are unhappy or not satisfied with something you have to initiate a change. The first step to change is often the toughest as you are changing a routine, a habit, or an environment that you are comfortable or familiar with.
I've made some radical changes this year and I'm planning on making more.
Time doesn't wait and if you want something you have to make a decision and go for it.
I decided a few months back that I was tired of being overweight and I made the decision to do something about it. I've lost some and I have the momentum now so it's so much easier on a daily basis to continue. The first few weeks and months even were tough to avoid slipping in to old habits that were not healthy choices but I was determined not to lose sight of my goals and dreams.
